How to Install the Floor Spring

Floor spring installation is not a simple job.It should be done by the skilled persons.Wrongly installation may cause noice,oil leaking or speed problems.
The steps are as below:



Preparation work: Choose the suitable floor spring according to the door weight and width.
A: Decide the ground digging hole position  and size.
B: Cut and dig the ground hole.
C: Put and fix the cement box with the floor spring.
D: Put the door on the floor spring.
E: Adjust the floor spring position inside the cement box.
F: Adjust the closing speed and latching speed.
G: Cover and fix the plate.
